Experience/Training:
Bob Hartwell taught English with occasional Drama for many years,
including a spell in Zambia, where a success in a national drama
competition led to scripts being presented on the fledgling ZTV. Twenty
years ago, founded a Drama Club in a large North Yorkshire village (a few
miles down the road from a certain Alan Ayckbourn) and has written and
directed for them ever since. Won a BATA award at the Stephen Joseph
Theatre for best new one-act play in 1987 for "Albert's Plot". |
